Vendor Terms

By registering or using KWIKMSG as a vendor, you agree to the following terms: 1. Acceptance Use of the KWIKMSG platform means you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the services. 2. Eligibility Vendors must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into agreements. 3. Services KWIKMSG provides WhatsApp marketing tools including bulk messaging, chat automation, campaign management, and analytics. Services may be updated or modified at any time. 4. Vendor Responsibilities Vendors must provide accurate registration details, comply with all laws and WhatsApp Business policies, obtain proper customer consent before messaging, and avoid spam, fraud, or harmful activities. 5. Account Security Vendors are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality. KWIKMSG is not liable for unauthorized account access. 6. Payments All applicable service fees must be paid on time. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed. 7. Intellectual Property All platform content, branding, and software belong to KWIKMSG. Unauthorized use is prohibited. 8. Limitation of Liability KWIKMSG is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. 9. Termination KWIKMSG may suspend or terminate vendor accounts for violations of these Terms. 10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of India. 11.
