We are not responsible for WhatsApp number bans or restrictions caused by misuse. 5. Payments & Subscriptions Some features require payment. All subscription fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Plans may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. 6. Intellectual Property All platform content, software, branding, and systems belong to KWIKMSG. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or misuse any part of the platform without written permission. 7. Limitation of Liability KWIKMSG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption. 8.
